The Sunny Society is a global community of young professionals ages 23-40 (typically in the early stages of their careers) where members network, collaborate, share and discuss ideas with each other.
The Sunny Society aims to serve as an informational resource and a platform to provide opportunities for professional & entrepreneurial development, as well as social & entertainment activities through meet-&-greet events, use of virtual online space, and stimulating discussion sessions around the world. Currently, most of our events are held in New York City.
Our Mission Statement: Provide opportunities to ambitious and driven young individuals to expand their social & professional circles; to collaborate and exchange ideas with fellow professionals. To inspire and connect future world leaders and innovators.
The Sunny Society is open to people of all educational and professional backgrounds, and experiences. We pride ourselves of our very diverse membership - professionals, entrepreneurs & business owners, non-for-profit advocates, artists, teachers, and others who defy categorization.
The Sunny Society is open to new members and is currently recruiting energetic, enthusiastic leaders willing to initiate networking activities in their local areas. Membership is free and there are no obligations.
We plan to offer social events regularly throughout the year in various
cities, including networking opportunities, stimulating lectures and discussions,
fund-raising events, wine tastings, gallery tours, etc.
The Sunny Society was founded by Michelle DelaCruz. She is a graduate of New York University
and aims to empower fellow young professionals to come together, collaborate,
exchange ideas and give back to their communities. She is currently based
in New York City and works in Research & Development for a major pharmaceutical company. |
