Dr. Michelle P. Warren earned her medical degree from Cornell University Medical College. She is board-certified in internal medicine, with a subspecialty in endocrinology and has trained in reproductive endocrinology. Dr. Warren is a Nationally Certified Menopause Practitioner.
Dr. Warren is the founder and Medical Director of the Center for Menopause, Hormonal Disorders and Women’s Health since 1997. A pioneer in the effects of eating disorders and athletics on the menstrual cycle, Dr. Warren was the first to identify skeletal problems, including scoliosis and stress fractures that occur in young women as a result of menstrual irregularities. Over a lifetime of practice focusing on women’s health, she has written numerous articles and textbook chapters and lectures and teaches extensively on menopause, oral contraceptives, anorexia nervosa, menstrual irregularities, amenorrhea in athletes, and osteoporosis. She offers individualized treatment for perimenopause and menopause. She has published a book on sports and hormones. She conducts clinical trials and medical research and has been named four times Best Doctor by NY Magazine as well as Best Doctor in America since 2004.

Sonal Chaudhry, M.D.
Dr. Sonal Chaudhry graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania with majors in the Biological Basis of Behavior and South Asian Regional Studies. She earned her medical degree from UMNDJ – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, graduating with Alpha Omega Alpha honors. She then completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital in NY, and subsequently her fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at NYU Medical Center. During her time at NYU, she studied and later co-authored a paper on thyroid autoimmunity and infertility in older women.
Dr. Chaudhry’s clinical interests include polycystic ovarian syndrome, gestational diabetes, thyroid disorders in pregnancy, infertility, menopause, and osteoporosis. She is currently the Women’s Health Scholar at the Center for Menopause, Hormonal Disorders, and Women’s Health. Dr Chaudhry is presently working as an assistant professor in medicine and sees patients at the Women’s Health Center which opened at NYU. Yael Swica, M.D.
Dr. Yael Swica is a Nationally Certified Menopause Practitioner. She is a board certified family physician with a subspecialty in family planning and was a Women’s Health Scholar at the Center for Menopause. Dr. Swica earned her bachelor’s degree in philosophy at Columbia University, a master’s in theological studies at Harvard Divinity School, her medical degree at Albany Medical College, as well as a master’s degree in public health from Columbia University. She completed her residency and fellowship training in the departments of Family Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology, both at Columbia. Dr. Swica has conducted extensive research in the field of reproductive health and is currently working on a research project on the effect of hormone use on blood pressure in menopausal women. She offers personalized treatment for perimenopause, menopause, PCOS, contraception and reproductive health, as well as general women’s health.

Dorothy A. Fink, MD
Dr. Dorothy A. Fink is board-certified in Endocrinology, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics. She trained as a fellow in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. During her fellowship, she worked as a Women’s Health Scholar with Dr. Michelle Warren at the Center for Menopause, Hormonal Disorders, and Women’s Health and is a Nationally Certified Menopause Practitioner. Dr. Fink completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She received her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine.
Dr. Fink’s clinical interests include polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), hypothalamic amenorrhea, the female athlete triad, stress fractures, thyroid disorders in pregnancy, infertility, menopause, osteoporosis, weight loss, obesity, and diabetes. She can treat patients of all ages with PCOS from adolescence through menopause. Dr. Fink is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at New York University Langone Medical Center.
